We are a joint venture private Power Generation Company with significant investment and its Power Plant located in Paiton, Problinggo, East Java with a capacity of 2 x 610 MW (“the Company”), is looking for candidates to fill in the following position:

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer
Probolinggo (Jawa Timur) - Paiton

Responsibilities:
Working together with our External Relations team to:

• Formulate, plan, implement and manage the Company’s CSR strategy (short, medium & long terms) and its programs to optimize the benefit into communities while in compliance with applicable regulation, company rules and its requirements.
• Provide management support in promoting company's image and reputation and establish good working relationship with communities, local authorities and other relevant institutions
• Keep abreast of the dynamics of community changes and adopt appropriate measures to ensure that the operational integrity of the project remains undisturbed.
• Monitor internal and external audits on compliance with CSR policy, procedures and data against international best practice.
• Manage all local, provincial and national Government reporting requirements to ensure that the Company meets all legislative requirements.
• Provide regular reports to the management of the Company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with at least 5 years experience in the relevant field
• Having experience in community survey and assessment including IKM (Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat), social impact and risk mitigation and handling the community complaint
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work in a multi cultural environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both English and Indonesian, to liaise with internal and external contacts at both national and international levels
• Ability to relate to and communicate to individuals and groups from a wide variety of culture and socioeconomic backgrounds
