Mechanical Electrical Supervisor
(To based in Cirebon and Banyuwangi)
Cirebon (Jawa Barat), Banyuwangi (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring project's progress continually based on project's time-table
• Preparing mechanical electrical plumbing installation design from the consultant’s concepts
• Executing mechanical electrical plumbing's Quality Control in the field of project
• To guide and evaluating subordinate performance to maintain project development
• Reporting project’s progress to Mechanical Electrical Site Manager

Requirements:

• Male
• Max 35 years old
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering study program
• At least 3 years of working experience as Mechanical Electrical Supervisor in reputable developer company or contractor, both of high rise building and low rise building project
• Preferably coordinator/supervisors specializing in mechanical electrical plumbing
• Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office and AutoCAD
• Having analytical capabilities for reporting data
• Good Leadership, communicative and good Analytical
• Good Relationship, Communicative, Teamwork and Hard worker 
• Willing to work under pressure and have a “sense of urgency”
• Fast leaner and self motivate

Responsibilities:

• Filing all project documents; design drawings; tender documents; contract documents; correspondence and other documents (as directed by person in charge of each project)
• Receiving and distributing documents: letters, tender offer, tender documents and contracts (as directed by person in charge of each project)
• Receiving, record and distribute of billing statement
• Assist other procurement team for making SPK, PO, and others data needed that supplied by person in charge of project
• Assist setting meetings schedule of tenders and other project coordination 

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Max 27 years old
• S1 degree any major
• Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office and Ms. Excel
• Min 1 year experience in administration
• Good Relationship, Communicative, Teamwork and Hard worker
• Willing to work under pressure  and have a “sense of urgency”
• Fast leaner and self motivate
